The farm can only be used for family purposes.
Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited.
The farm must be left clean.
Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the renter.
No illegal activities are allowed.
The farm owner is not responsible for any power outages.
Do not dispose of garbage in the bathroom and do not bathe with soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
Do not light fires or use stoves on the lawn. Do not harm flowers or trees.
Ensure that garbage bags are filled and placed outside when leaving.
Do not play D.J. music after 10:00 PM.
The final decision will rest with the farm house owner.
